Citizens Advice Chiltern provides both generalist and specialist advice services. All advice is free, confidential, impartial and independent. If we are unable to provide advice in a particular subject area, we will endeavour to refer you to a quality provider who can.

Can I make an appointment?

Initial contact can be made by calling 01494 545991 for telephone advice or by completing our contact form. If we are unable to resolve your query during the first interview we will make arrangements for a further telephone or face-to-face appointment.

What do I bring to an appointment?

Generally we ask that you bring any paperwork relating to your advice requirements, evidence of any income and benefits that you are receiving, if appropriate, and any contact details you can give us. Read What to bring to an appointment here.
