Citizens Advice Chiltern provides both generalist and specialist advice services. All advice is free, confidential, impartial and independent. If we are unable to provide advice in a particular subject area, we will endeavour to refer you to a quality provider who can.

Can I make an appointment?
Citizens Advice Chiltern do not offer appointments on an initial basis. You are required to attend during our opening hours via our Reception & Information Service initially for a gateway assessment. If we are unable to resolve your query during the first gateway assessment interview we will make arrangements for a further telephone or face-to-face appointment.
Generally we ask that you bring any paperwork relating to your advice requirements, evidence of any income and benefits that you are receiving, if appropriate, and any contact details you can give us. Read What to bring to an appointment here.
