Who are we?

About us

The Chiltern Citizen Advice Bureau offers free, independent and confidential advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, employment, immigration, consumer and other day-to-day issues. Our professionally trained advisers offer personal appointments, advice over the phone and provide information online. Our advice is available to anyone living and working in the Chiltern and South Buckinghamshire area (click here to check if we cover your area ) regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion. In 2010, we helped over 6,000 people living in our area and saved them over £1 million.

You can find out more about how we have made a difference in our Annual Review 2010/2011  (2.2mb pdf)

How we are organised

Chiltern Citizens Advice is an independent Charity (no 1081138) and is a Limited Company (no 3892921)  registered in the UK at the Chesham address. A Board of Volunteer Trustees provides governance and a paid executive provides operational management of the CAB on a day to day basis.
