Paul Gosling. Paul has spent the past 30 years working in the IT with Unisys, Logica
and Fujitsu. He has held senior roles in sales, marketing and general management
in the UK, Europe and US.
Paul joined the Chiltern CAB Trustee Board in 2010 and has taken a keen interest
in fund raising activities. In 2011 he was elected Chairman.
He is interested in all forms of sport particularly rugby and golf. He is married
lives in Chalfont St Peter and has 3 grown up children.

Roy Whithear. Roy is a retired Certified Accountant. During his working life he was
the executive director responsible for Finance and Administration in both the private
and public sectors. His last full-time role was with the Cancer Research Campaign
as that charity’s Secretary. His voluntary work, in more recent years, have included
the positions of Honorary Treasurer with National Relate and with ArthritisCare.
He has also been a Non-executive Director of the Bucks NHS Mental Health Trust.
He joined Chiltern CAB as a trustee and Honorary Treasurer in April 2008.
He completed an MA in Voluntary Sector Studies as a mature student. Roy is married,
with three adult children and six grandchildren. He and his wife, Ann, live in Little
Chalfont.

Terry Carter. Terry is a Trading Standards Manager at Buckinghamshire County Council
and his position on the Board reflects the strong historical links between Trading
Standards and the Bureaux. He has worked for Trading Standards for over thirty years
and has in the past also managed the Registration Service, the Coroners' Service
and part of the Community Safety Service at the County Council. Terry was born in
Buckinghamshire and has lived and work in the County for most of his life. He currently
lives in Aylesbury and is married with two grown up children who have now flown the
nest with families of their own. He and his wife share a total of 10 grandchildren.
Terry has been a Board member since 2001.

John Dodd. John has been a trustee since 2007 and the immediate past chairman since
2008. Since retirement from full time work he has been involved with a number of
other voluntary organisations. From his long career in the electronics and computing
industry he brings to the Board valuable experience of directing both large and small
companies including start ups and mergers with a particular relevance on meeting
client need, quality, and implementation of change.

Anita Grover After graduating in 1991 with a degree in Economics and Politics from
Kent University, Anita pursued her career in the public sector directing a series
of highly successful Government marketing and communications campaigns and worked
on a range of social policy issues, most recently at Head of Communications Group
for the Department for Work and Pensions. Whilst on Maternity leave in January 2011,
Anita joined Chiltern CAB as a volunteer to work on marketing and communications
issues and was appointed to the Board of Trustees in September 2011.
She lives in Chesham with her partner, two stepchildren, and twin boys.

John Phipps. John is a retired Human Resources Director, having operated at Board
level for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors and in national and
international operations. He has worked for Ford, Rank and Sun Chemical - Europe.
He retired in 2008 as Director of Human Resources for the Health Protection Agency.
John joined the Chiltern CAB Trustee Board in 2008.
He is married to Angela and they live in Chalfont St Peter.They have two grown up
sons and a grandson.
